I create a safe, grounding space so you can get clarity on what you truly want and uncover the blockages or patterns that no longer serve you. I draw on a range of approaches - reflective coaching, creative and visionary techniques, strengths-based tools and strategic thinking - depending on what's most useful in the moment. Confidentiality and your wellbeing are non-negotiables, always.

Getting Started
Before we begin, we take time to get clear on what you want to get out of the sessions - your overarching goals, what success looks like for you, and any expectations on both sides. We capture this in a simple coaching agreement so we both have something to refer back to.

Kat is an accredited coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching and is working towards her ICF (International Coaching Federation) and AC (Association for Coaching) accreditations.
Meet the Founder
I’m Kat. Global Mobility Coach and former Global Mobility Leader.
I come with 19+ years of living, leading and transforming Global Mobility globally - as an expat, a consultant and a transformation leader across some of the world’s most complex organisations, including Unilever, PwC and Deloitte.
I’ve worked with over 100 organisations to transform how they mobilise their talent and served as Head of Global Mobility at US-headquartered fintech FIS, where I led and transformed the function.
I’m here to offer the support I wish I’d had — navigating senior leadership, leading global teams, relocating internationally and driving large-scale transformation, all whilst figuring out how to show up as the leader I truly wanted to be, and trying to be the best possible Mummy to my two boys.
Outside of work: I’m British, married to an Aussie, and proud mum to two energetic boys and a black Labrador named Monti. I love hiking, kayaking, yoga, travel - and I have a track record of doing things people say cannot be done!
