If you work in Global Mobility - either as an experienced leader or as someone ready to step into leadership - or if you’re an Expat Leader navigating life in a new country, and you’re looking for a thinking partner who genuinely understands your world, then yes, it probably is.
I don’t work with everyone. I work best with people who are committed, curious and ready to do the real work. If you’re not sure, book a connection call and we’ll figure it out together.

The Head of Global Mobility coaching is designed for experienced or newly appointed senior leaders - people who are already in the role and want to lead with more clarity, confidence and strategic impact.
The Future Global Mobility Leader coaching is for mobility professionals who are ready to step into leadership (in-house or service provider side) - people who know they’re capable of more and want the clarity, confidence and identity to get there.
The Expat Leader coaching is for leaders navigating life in a new country - people who want to make sense of the transition, adapt with intention and lead with confidence in their new chapter.
If you’re genuinely on the boundary between any of these, bring that to the connection call. We’ll work out what’s right for you.

Every session is different because every session is led by what you bring to it.
There’s no rigid agenda. What there is: a genuinely safe, confidential space to think out loud, work through what’s going on, and make progress on what matters most to you.
I draw on a range of approaches - reflective coaching, creative and visionary techniques, strengths-based tools, and strategic thinking - depending on what’s most useful in the moment.

Each 1:1 session is one hour.

Before we begin, we take time to get clear on what you want to get out of our time together - your overarching goals, what success looks like for you and any expectations on both sides. Whether you choose the 3- or 6-month programme, we capture this in a simple coaching agreement so we both have something to refer back to throughout our work together.
-
Yes. I contract directly with individuals who are self-funding, and also with businesses that are investing in their people. If your organisation is covering the cost, I can work with you to set that up. Just mention it on the connection call, and we’ll figure out the right arrangement.

Both coaching programmes are available as a 3- or 6-month commitment, with a coaching session typically every two weeks - enough time to go deep, build momentum and create lasting change, without it becoming open-ended. We’ll discuss which option feels right for you on the connection call.
-
Typically, every two to three weeks - enough time between sessions for reflection and action, without losing momentum. We’ll agree a rhythm that works for you at the start.

Completely. Confidentiality is non-negotiable. I adhere to the Codes of Ethics of the ICF, AC and EMCC, and will treat all information shared with professionalism and discretion. Nothing you share in our sessions goes anywhere else, ever.

All 1:1 coaching sessions take place online via Zoom - so wherever you are in the world, we can work together.

I’m based in the UK and work with clients across EMEA, APAC and the US. We’ll find a time that works with your schedule.

Coaching is a meaningful investment in yourself and your career - and I want to make sure it’s the right one for you. Pricing is discussed on the connection call, where we can also talk through what’s included and what’s right for your situation.

Occasionally I take on consulting work that energises me - usually involving team coaching, design thinking or reimagining Global Mobility strategy. I’m selective about what I take on, so if you have a project in mind, drop me a message and let’s have a conversation.
